She told me that South Florida is super southern and "rednecky" and that North Georgia is like not southern at all. She lives in North Georgia, do you think she was just trying to act like she's not from the south or is she right? I Have never heard anyone say "yall" or "fixin to" here. I consider myself to be from the north east mostly. My friends say its a southern state but I don't think so. I have a few Juicy Couture things and a couple of ralph lauren shirts and one shirt from vineyard vines. I am in an upper middle class category and I choose not to wear designer all the time, but I do like my look to be "preppy" or "classy" for the most part. I sometimes, every now and then even find a cute shirt at Walmart. Well, I love Hollister and Abercrombie tops and not the ones that have the huge logo across it. I like their lacey tops. Well I still consider them pretty high but I buy them. Okay so my friends told me that you can't be "Preppy or Classy" if you don't constantly buy at Ralph Lauren and Lacoste" to be quite honest.. my parents actually can afford these brands and I don't wear them all that much because I like frilly or lacey tops more than just polos and oxfords. I like a variety of ""dressy" clothes. I disagree with them because i think anyone can be preppy with the right look. She is convinced that when she is older she will be overweight (she got the diabetes genetically) and I am not sure that its true as I know when people are overweight they can develop diabetes but when a person who has been thin their whole life has it, they will most likely remain thin. I recently purchased an m14x Alienware laptop and it has been perfect. Its highest resolution was 1960x1080 and with a HDMI cable, I connected it to my LCD 38" Sony Bravia. Still good. I then connected it to another LED 38" Sony Bravia. This caused the resolution options to be capped at 1600x900. I can no longer play games smoothly because it is extremely choppy. It cannot update the drivers since they are up to date already. Is there a way to simply redownload the drivers and install them manually? Or even other ways?
